Practitioner Training & Consultation
Continuing education within integrative primary care often provides valuable theory, yet frequently falls short in translating that knowledge into real-world clinical application. Many conferences and certification programs deliver dense information without a clear, reproducible framework for how to implement it at the point of care.
Sarah Tyler has developed a curated, clinically grounded entry point curriculum designed to bridge evidence with application. The approach is both structured and adaptable, allowing practitioners to build a strong foundation while still honoring the nuance required in individualized care.
Training areas include, but are not limited to:
- Hormone balance for all stages and ages
- Weight management and prescribing peptides
- Specialty lab testing and integrative management
- Genetics and detox evaluation and management
- Practical implementation of integrative protocols for adrenal and thyroid health
- Practical implementation of integrative protocols for chronic infections, including sinusitis, H. pylori, recurrent UTIs, etc
- Immune system assessment and optimization strategies
- Histmamine imbalance and MCAS treatment strategies
Content is tailored to your level of experience, clinical setting, and specific areas of interest. The goal is to help you move from information overload to confident, effective clinical application.

Sarah grew up in a family deeply immersed in the arts. Her father was a painter, sculptor, stained glass craftsman, digital artist, art professor, and musician. Her brother was a gifted musician, primarily a guitarist, as well as a producer, singer, songwriter, and keyboard player. Both played music by ear. Her brother earned a music industry degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, and her father earned a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Georgia.
In many of her memories of her father and brother, music and art were the constant. Witnessing both the beauty of a creative life and the inherent challenges artists face profoundly shaped her understanding of artistic vulnerability and the need for compassionate, accessible healthcare.
She has long held a deep respect and appreciation for individuals who dedicate their lives to creating music. These experiences ultimately inspired the development of KIC Compassion for Creatives, an initiative of Kindred Integrative Care designed to support the health and wellbeing of working musicians in Colorado through the Musician Sponsorship Program.
